What kind of shoes do I need?
Shoes that wake you up and drag you out the door in the morning would be ideal. Kidding. (Sort of.)

Where can I find good running clothes?
We’ll cover that in class too, PLUS we’ll give you a discount on our favorite running gear, so there’s that.
(Seriously though, the best kind of running clothes are the kind you put out the night before to make it that much easier to get out the door.)
What’s your refund policy?
Due to the nature of our classes, there will be no refunds. (We can’t just let you talk yourself out of running for the thousandth time.) So strap in and commit to this!
What if I turn into a world-class runner? Where will I keep all my medals?
