“Never in my life before last year had I ever thought of myself as a runner. I don’t have
the runner’s body shape nor had I ever ran one single mile. In school during P.E., I was always the girl who would sit out on all the strenuous activities and when it came to the timed mile test I would run as much as I could and walk the majority of the time clocking in at 20 minutes. Of course when I heard about Running Evolution I chuckled and tossed the idea aside. With further investigation I learned quickly that this approach to running could definitely work for me.
