How many people will be in my running class? Up to 25 other runners will be there.
What should I wear to running class? Something comfortable and layers. Dress like you’re going to be standing around in weather that’s 20 degrees warmer that really is, with a layer to take off. *Ladies, don’t forget those supportive bras.*
How long will the running training session be? Around 1 hour.
Do you give ‘running homework? Not as easy as high school trig, but you’ll get a schedule with 4-5 days of on your own workouts.
What if I’ve NEVER run before? Many of my runners started right where you are. The couch to 5k training program is designed just for you. You’ll start with combination walk/run workouts and by the end of 6 weeks you will be running! A 5k!
REALLY? I am a couch potato, with a side of gravy. Can I do this? If you can walk briskly for 30 minuets continuously, you can do it. We go slow!
How far is a 5k? 3.1 miles
